Hi, I’m Cailey.
I’m a health journalist and fiction writer who focuses on women’s health, love, and the ways we grow through connection.
I began my career in journalism and later earned my M.Ed in Human Development from Harvard, where I studied how intimacy, attachment, and emotional experiences shape our relationships and overall growth across the lifespan. I’m also a certified relationship coach and bring that training, along with my background in human development, into my work—offering thoughtful, research-informed commentary on dating, love, and emotional wellness. As a member of Gen Z myself, I bring an additional perspective to how younger generations navigate connection in the digital age.
As an Associate Health Editor at Woman’s World, I cover everything from hormone health to emotional wellbeing. My relationship reporting has also appeared in Business Insider, Essence, and Oprah Daily.
Outside of journalism, I’m a fiction writer working on a contemporary romance novel that explores intimacy, desire, and choosing love on your own terms.
